Cranberry Orange Relish

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh cranberries, rinsed and drained
- 1 navel orange (preferably thin skin), cut into quarters
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into food processor and whirl till finely minced and mushy
- Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or longer
