Remoulade Sauce

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup creole mustard
- 1-2 cloves fresh garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1/2-1 teaspoon minced Italian parsley
- 2-3 teaspoons minced celery
- 1/2-1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Mince the fresh garlic cloves
- Combine mayonnaise, creole mustard, minced garlic, horseradish, minced Italian parsley, minced celery, and lemon juice
- Mix all ingredients together until well combined
- Serve as a dip for fried or boiled shrimp and crab cakes
